StayOS helps small properties run smoother. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you and your guests have.

We collect information you provide when you create an account or set up a property — name, email, phone number, property details, and payment information where applicable.
We also collect information your guests share through the QR experience: room number, requests, messages, ratings, and stay history. We use this only to power the service for your property.
We use information to run StayOS — sending requests to the right staff, recognising returning guests, generating reviews, and keeping your account secure.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share guest information with other properties or third-party marketers.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated team members of the property that owns it.
We follow industry-standard security practices and review them regularly. No system is perfect — if a breach affects your account we will notify you promptly.
Guest sessions are tied to a stay. When a guest checks out, their active session ends and personal details are minimised. Aggregate stay history is kept so returning guests can be recognised.
Property managers can request deletion of any specific guest record from their dashboard or by contacting support.
You can update or delete your account at any time. You can export your property's data on request.
Guests can request that their stay history be removed by asking the property owner, who can action it within StayOS.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the app and on this page with an updated date at the top.
